Fantasy Election 12 Sweepstakes & Instant Win Game

Promotion commences at 12:00:00 AM (ET) on September 3, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on November 6, 2012.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry.

(1) Log in to the Website using your Facebook account.
(2) Read and agree to the Official Rules.
(3) Follow the instructions provided on the Website to create or join a "League". A League consists of five (5) to twelve (12) Teams.
(4) When you are part of a League, you must name and manage your Team by selecting Candidates available in the Game or choosing the "pre-ranked" track which will allow the computer to fill your Team with the highest ranked candidates in the Presidential, Senate and House categories. Presidential Candidates available in the game are chosen by aggregating data from the 2008 Elections on the highest enrolled parties as well as nationwide statistics on which parties received the most votes in the 2008 General Election via Sponsor's partner, Project Vote Smart. Senate and House Candidates are pulled from the FEC's active candidate list for open seats in the Senate and House, via Sponsor's partner, Center for Responsive Politics. Each Team consists of two (2) Presidential Candidates, five (5) Senate Candidates, and five (5) House Candidates. All users will obtain their two (2) Presidential candidates even if they are held by other Teams in their League. Senate and House Candidates will be distributed through a randomly generated draft by Sponsor's computer between 12:00 AM (ET) – 12:30 AM (ET) on the first Sunday following the creation of your Team provided that your League has a minimum of five (5) Teams.
(5) You will have until 12:00 AM (ET) on Monday to set your "Fielded" Team for the week. Your Fielded Team consists of one (1) Presidential Candidate, three (3) Senate Candidates, and three (3) House Candidates. Candidate scoring will begin at 12:00 AM (ET) on Monday.
(6) Your Team is awarded or deducted Points based on the Actions of the Fielded Candidates for that week based on the below: (see rules)

There will be six winner drawings conducted by Sponsor. The Grand Prize Winner will be randomly chosen from the top 5% of participants with the highest cumulative scores at the end of the Promotion Period. The First Prize Winner will be randomly chosen from the highest scoring participants in each League at the end of the Promotional Period. The Second Prize Winners will be randomly chosen from the highest scoring participants in Bonus Points for each league at the end of the Promotion Period. Weekly Prize Winners will be randomly chosen from the highest scoring participants in each league at the end of every week (ending every Sunday at 11:59:59pm ET starting on September 10 and continuing through November 2, 2012). Daily Prize Winners will be randomly chosen from participants who answer at least one (1) Daily Challenge correctly that day (ending every day at 11:59:59pm ET starting on September 3 and continuing through November 6, 2012). Instant Prize Winners will be chosen at random from among eligible participants interacting with the Game by computer algorithm (starting September 3 and continuing through November 6, 2012).

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive: "A Fantasy VMA Weekend" including a $25,000.00 (US) check and a trip for four (4) to attend the "2013 MTV Video Music Awards". If Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize. The trip will include (i) roundtrip air travel from the closest major gateway nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence to a major gateway closest to the Event location (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Location) for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests; (ii) roundtrip ground transportation between the airport and hotel in the Location and between the hotel and the Event, (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations, based on availability, in or around the Location for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be two (2) rooms based on double occupancy (meals other than as provided for in these Official Rules, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included), (iv) daily breakfast (valued up to $320.00) and one (1) dinner for four (4) people at Cleo (or similar) valued up to $500.00 and (v) four tickets to attend the Event. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $35,000.00.

First Prize (1): First Prize Winner will receive: a $10,000 (US) check. The approximate retail value (the "ARV") of the First Prize is $10,000.00.

Second Prize: (4) The Second Prize Winner will receive (i) one (1) Sony 55" LED Smart 3D HDTV, (ii) one (1) Sony 1000W 5.1 3D Smart Blu-ray Home Theater System and (iii) one (1) iPad3 – Wi-Fi 16GB (collectively, the "Second Prize"). The ARV of each Second Prize is $5,000.00 (total ARV of the Second Prizes: $20,000.00). Data plans are not included and shall be at the sole cost of Winners.

Weekly Prizes: (160): The Weekly Winners will receive one of the following items (distributed at random by Sponsor): either (a) one (1) iPod Classic 160GB MP3 Player OR (b) one (1) Toshiba 24" Class LED 1080p 60Hz HDTV OR (c) one (1) Kindle Fire OR (d) one (1) $250.00 American Express gift card. The ARV of the each Weekly Prize is between $250.00 and $265.00 (total ARV of the Weekly Prizes: $42,400.00).

Daily Prizes (1,430): Each Daily Winner will receive one of the following items (distributed at random by Sponsor): one (1) $25.00 gift card to redeemable either at (a) Amazon.com OR (b) iTunes. The ARV of each Daily Prize is $25.00 (total ARV of the Daily Prizes: $36,000.00).

Instant Prizes (1,430): Each Instant Prize Winner will receive one of the following items (distributed at random by Sponsor): either (a) one (1) $5.00 gift card to Amazon.com OR (b) exclusive MTV content. The ARV of each Instant Prize is between $0-$5.00 each (total ARV of the Instant Prizes: $7,200.00).

Lenovo's Fantasy Election Weekly Challenge Sweepstakes commences at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on October 3, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on October 31, 2012.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes is comprised of five (5) individual weekly sweepstakes as set forth below.
