open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry
begins on November 2, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Limit: Each entrant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period for registering or logging in.
Bonus Entries: Then, after you login, you will have the opportunity to obtain bonus Sweepstakes entries each day via the following four (4) methods.
a) Watch the Trailer: You will have the opportunity to watch the Amazing Spider-Man movie trailer and you will earn one (1) entry. You may receive one (1) entry during the Promotion Period for watching the trailer.
b) Trivia Question: You will have to opportunity to answer one (1) trivia question about Spider-Man. You will earn one (1) entry for each correctly answered question, up to one (1) per week (for purposes of this Promotion, a week begins on each Friday of the Promotion Period and ends on the following Thursday, except for the last week of the Promotion Period which ends on Monday, December 31, 2012), for a total of nine (9) possible entries that may be earned using this method over the course of the entire Promotion Period.
c) Twitter: Follow the links and instructions to follow @YahooMovies on Twitter. Tweet with Twitter your response (or designated copy from Sponsor) and include @YahooMovies #YahooMovies http://urlhasbeenblocked/S4cdkm. You may receive up to one (1) entry per day using this method during the Promotion Period
d) Facebook Tell-a-Friend: After you register for the Sweepstakes, you will be invited to post a message about the Sweepstakes on your Facebook wall. For every person who clicks on the link included with the posted message and subsequently registers for the Sweepstakes, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, up to twenty (20) entries during the Promotion Period.
Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize (the "Grand Prize") awarded. The Grand Prize winner ("Grand Prize Winner") will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for himself/herself and up to three (3) guests ("Guest(s)") to Universal Orlando Resort® in Orlando, Florida (the "Trip"). Trip will include round trip, coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests from a major airport near Grand Prize Winner's home (determined by prize provider in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) nights' standard hotel accommodations (single room, quadruple
