begins on September 1, 2012, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on January 31, 2013, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (“Promotional Period”).

Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address per month throughout the Promotional Period.

Prizes: There will be a total of twenty-five (25) winners in this Giveaway. Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about the 5th of the month from among all eligible entries received during the previous month during the Promotional Period. Thus, the first five winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about October 5, 2012, from among all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on September 1, 2012, and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2012. The second group of five winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about November 5, 2012, from among all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on October 1, 2012, and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2012, and so forth. The final five winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about February 5, 2013, from among all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on January 1, 2013, and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2013. Each winner will receive one (1) Bali bra, one (1) 3-pack of Bali panties and one (1) Bali shapewear item. Approximate retail value of each prize is $121.
