The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on August 1, 2012 and ends at 12:00 p.m. (EST) on November 30, 2012
Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions outside of the United States and where otherwise prohibited by law) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes.
A random drawing on or about December 19, 2012 will be held to select Winners.
Prizes:
Grand Prize:
- Two courtside tickets at Arthur Ashe Stadium to 9/1/13 day session at 2013 US Open Tennis Championships.
- Tracy Austin will, weather permitting, spend thirty minutes with Grand Prize Winner watching a tennis match. Timing of Ms. Austin's availability is to be determined based on her schedule and subject to change.
- Roundtrip coach airfare for two adults, including Winner, departing Saturday, August 31, 2013 from major commercial airport closest to Winner's residence to airport in New York metropolitan area, and returning Monday, September 2, 2012 from airport in New York metropolitan area to major commercial airport closest to Winner's residence. If the Winner resides within 200 mile radius of New York City, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value.
- Ground transportation from New York metropolitan airport to hotel back and forth (not to exceed $50, to be given in form of a check to Winner).
- Four (4) star hotel accommodations, double occupancy, in Manhattan, New York City for the evenings of Saturday, August 31, 2013 and Sunday, September 1, 2013.
- Dinner Saturday August 31, 2013, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Sunday September 1, 2013, and Breakfast Monday September 2, 2013 for two people. Meal allowance of $300.00 total for 2 people, to be given in form of a check to Winner.
- Year of free yogurt which consists of 365 coupons for free Stonyfield organic 6 oz yogurt. If Grand Prize Winner lives in one of the following states, you may be provided with a gift certificate for $365.00 to be used at a local store where Stonyfield products may be purchased in lieu of free coupons: CA, ID, LA, MN, NV, NJ, ND, TN.
- One year USTA membership to be purchased by Sponsor on behalf of the Grand Prize Winner.
Approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize 1 is $3760.00.
Finalist Prize 1:
