Sweepstakes & IWG begin at 12:00:01 am on September 4, 2012 and end at 11:59:59p.m. on September 10, 2012. All times are Eastern Standard Time.
Open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) States of the United States of America or of the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, [Florida, New York,] U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. military bases outside the U.S.), who are at least 18 years of age or older (19 years or older in AL and NE, 21 years or older in MS) as of the date of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person.
An individual may win one prize only. An entrant who wins an "Instant Win" prize is not eligible to win the Grand Prize.
Instant Win: For instant win prizes, there will be random, computer-generated instances of winner selection during the Instant Win Period.
Grand Prize: On or about September 12, 2012, a random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted by Sponsor's designated agent, whose decisions are final, to determine the winner of the Grand Prize.
PRIZES:
Instant Win: There will be ten (10) instant win prizes awarded consisting of prize pack including 2 t-shirts, a magnet set and 2 movie passes. The ARV of each prize pack is approximately $40. The total ARV of all instant win prizes is approximately $400.
Grand Prize: There will be five (5) grand prizes awarded consisting of (1) Kindle Fire and (1) cover. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $200.00.
