GAME PRIZES: Up to Ten Thousand (10,000) prizes, each consisting of one (1) $10 Live Nation® Concert Cash® code (“Codes”). Codes are redeemable only on a dedicated promotional website located at www.livenation.com/twix. Each Code is a one time use only voucher code good toward dollars-off final ticket purchase for a select concert at a participating Live Nation owned or operated venues in Southern California as set forth below, based on availability under this Promotion; or dollars-off select merchandise sold at the Live Nation store. One Code per transaction. Codes must be redeemed by April 1, 2013, while supplies last. Codes are void where prohibited by law. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. No cash value or cash back. Not for sale or resale. Cannot be combined with other product offers or promotions. Purchased items are for personal use or gifts only, not for resale. Not valid on past purchases or offers. Tickets to a particular concert are not guaranteed. SWEEPSTAKE PRIZES: Two (2) Grand Prizes, each consisting of one (1) Live Nation Ultimate Access Pass – 2013 National Pass (the “Pass”). The Pass entitles the Pass holder plus one guest access to Live Nation produced concerts at participating Live Nation owned and operated venues in the United States. Participating venues are subject to change at any time. The Pass is only valid for general admission/lawn tickets in 2013. Pass holder must reserve tickets at least seven days prior to event through a dedicated reservation email address. Reservations may be required (3) weeks in advance during December 2013 events. This pass is not eligible for December 31, 2013 events. Tickets will be placed at Will Call under the Pass Holders name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets; photo ID and Ultimate Access Pass will be required. Tickets to a particular show are not guaranteed. There may be additional service and parking fees charged for each ticket. Not all events listed on www.livenation.com are Live Nation produced events. Not valid for private events or rentals. Some blackout dates may apply. Pass expires December 30, 2013 and may only be used for participating 2013 events. Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is: Fifteen Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($1,500.00).
