Verizon FiOS presents “FOX Tuesday Night Laughs” Sweepstakes ~ 10/23/12

Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on September 5, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 23, 2012

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States United States and the District of Columbia (i.e., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are physically located and residing therein and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the time of entry.

To enter, you must register for the Sweepstakes. How To Register: To register for the Sweepstakes, visit www.Verizon.com/foxlaughssweeps or www.verizonsweeps4.com during the Entry Period and follow the on-screen instructions to access and complete the online registration form for the Sweepstakes.

Upon completion of the Online Entry Form, each eligible entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. There are also two ways to obtain additional Sweepstakes entries (each a "Bonus Entry"). Weekly Prize Winners: Seven (7) Weekly Prizes will be offered. For purposes of selecting the potential Weekly Prize winners, the Entry Period will be divided into a series of seven (7) consecutive periods (each a "Weekly Period"). Each Weekly Period will commence at :00 a.m. ET on a Monday and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on the following Sunday, except for the first Weekly Period, which begins at 9:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, September 9. Following the conclusion of each Weekly Period, one (1) potential Weekly Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received during that Weekly Period and all previous Weekly Periods.

Grand Prize Winner: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its agent following the conclusion of the Entry Period from all entries received during the Entry Period, which drawing shall occur on or about October 26, 2012.

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize is a five (5) day, four (4) night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to visit the set of one of the Fox Tuesday night comedy shows in the greater Los Angeles, California area. The trip consists of:
- round trip, coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest between the major airport nearest to the winner's home and a Los Angeles area airport, provided the winner resides outside the 250-mile radius of Los Angeles. If the winner resides within the 250-mile radius of Los Angeles [as determined by Sponsor in its discretion], a $150 gift card will be provided in lieu of air transportation [the winner will be responsible for his/her transportation];
- a rental car with unlimited mileage for use by the winner within the greater Los Angeles area during the trip (provided the winner satisfies the rental car company's standard requirements);
- a visit for the winner and one (1) guest to one of the following Fox Tuesday night comedy shows (to be determined by Fox Broadcasting Company in its discretion: New Girl, Raising Hope, Ben and Kate or The Mindy Project (the "Grand Prize Event");
- ground transportation by limousine for the winner and one (1) guest between the winner's hotel and the Grand Prize Event;
- dinner for the winner and one (1) guest at either BLT Steak or Wolfgang Puck's Cut restaurant (to be determined by Sponsor in its discretion);
- dinner for the winner and one (1) guest at Mr. Chow restaurant;
- lunch for the winner and one (1) guest at The Ivy restaurant;
- a four (4) night consecutive night stay for the winner and one (1) guest (one (1) standard room, double occupancy; room rate and taxes only; size and type of rooms determined by Sponsor) at a deluxe hotel within the greater Los Angeles area determined by Sponsor;
- a sixty (60) minute massage for the winner and one (1) guest at the winner's hotel;
- a choice of one (1) of the following four (4) activities for the winner and one (1) guest: (i) a forty-five (45) minute helicopter ride, (ii) a tour of Hollywood homes in a vintage Cadillac convertible, (iii) a tour of the world-famous Venice canals, or (iv) a tour of Malibu, California; and
- $500.00 awarded in the form of a check or another payment method determined by Sponsor.

The winner's guest must be of legal age of majority in the jurisdictions in which the guest resides, unless the winner is a parent or legal guardian of the minor guest. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $9,850.00. The exact value will depend on where the winner resides and market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment. All Grand Prize details, including the specific trip dates and itinerary, will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. Travel and accommodation restrictions (including blackout dates) and other additional restrictions may apply. If the winner is not available for the trip on the dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The winner and his or her guest must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. The Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right to change travel dates and to substitute any or all of these portions of the prize for a prize of comparable or greater value should they become unavailable or impractical for any reason. Admission to the Grand Prize Event has no associated cash value and if the Grand Prize Event is cancelled or postponed, for any reason, including, without limitation, if any of the Fox Tuesday night comedy shows listed above are cancelled, postponed, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, Sponsor may substitute another prize, for example, instead arrange for a tour of Fox Studios for the winner and his or her guest or another prize of equal or greater value selected by Sponsor in its discretion. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any cancellation or postponement of any of the activities that are expected to comprise part of the Grand Prize. In the event of such cancellation or postponement, the Sweepstakes Entities' only obligation will be to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value selected by Sponsor in its discretion. The winner must comply with all requirements and restrictions imposed by the rental car company, including minimum age requirements, and must agree to and comply with the rental car company's standard rental agreement. The rental car component of prize includes base rental rate, but does not include taxes, other governmentally-authorized or imposed surcharges, license recoupment and concession recoupment fees, airport and airport facility fees, fuel, additional driver fee, or insurance or other optional items, which shall be the responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize Winner cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person, except at discretion of Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value will be awarded; provided, however, that if prizes are awarded but unclaimed/forfeited by recipient, prize may not be re-awarded, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Weekly Prizes: Each of the Weekly Prizes is one (1) Fox Studio gift pack consisting of Fox Studio merchandise determined by Sponsor in its discretion. The ARV of each Weekly Prize is $200.00.

The total ARV of all prizes is $11,250.00.
