Grand Prize: (1 winner) $500 IKEA gift card; Design consultation via video chat with design expert Stephen Saint-Onge; and a Logitech Web Cam (ARV $539.99)
Consultation is subject to availability and will occur between January 2, 2013 and February 28, 2013 depending on Stephen Saint-Onge's availability. Grand Prize winner must participate in the consultation on the date and time specified by Sponsor or such portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited and no additional compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. In the event that winner refuses to accept a Grand Prize component for any reason, the entire Grand Prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor will have no further obligation to such Grand Prize winner. The video consultation has no retail value, and if this prize component is not available and/or cannot be awarded for any reason, the remaining elements of the Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to Grand Prize winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Grand Prize winner will be videotaped and otherwise recorded by Sponsor during the video consultation (collectively, "Footage"). Footage will be owned by Sponsor who has the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy, exploit, license, sell and distribute such Footage and all elements embodied therein, including any names and likenesses embodied therein, on their websites and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade and other purposes with no additional compensation to or permission of winner or any third party . By accepting Grand Prize, Grand Prize winner agrees that his/her name and likeness may be included in the Footage, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Grand Prize winner agrees to execute the required releases to grant the Sponsor the right to use the Footage as detailed herein. Gift card is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.
