McDonald's® Give A Hand® Promotion ~ 11/20/12

McDonald's® Give A Hand® Promotion (the "Promotion"), which includes both a weekly volunteer project proposal sweepstakes (the "Give a Hand Volunteer Sweepstakes") and a daily photo sweepstakes (the "Give a Hand Daily Sweepstakes"), begins on August 24, 2012 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends November 20, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM CT.

Please note that the period for entry into the Give a Hand Volunteer Sweepstakes begins on August 24, 2012 at 12:00:00 AM CT and ends on November 1, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the "Volunteer Sweepstakes Period"), and the period for entry into the Give a Hand Daily Sweepstakes begins on November 10, 2012 at 12:00:00 AM CT and ends on November 20, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the "Daily Sweepstakes Period").

Open only to residents of the 50 United States and DC who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation.

To enter the Give a Hand Volunteer Sweepstakes: Visit http://www.giveahandmcdonalds.com during the Volunteer Sweepstakes Period, where you will be required to submit your date of birth, email address, home address, state, city, zip code and provide a volunteer project proposal and click the "Submit" button. A volunteer project proposal must, in 50 words or less, propose a volunteer project in support of at least one of Ronald McDonald House Charities' core programs (Ronald McDonald House, Ronald McDonald Family Room and/or Ronald McDonald Care Mobile).

During the Volunteer Sweepstakes Period, there are ten (10) individual drawings each with a Weekly Entry Period lasting one (1) Week. A "Week" is defined as beginning Friday at 12:00:00 AM CT and ending Thursday at 11:59:59 PM CT.

Limit: One (1) entry per person per email address per Week during the Volunteer Sweepstakes Period.

To enter the Give a Hand Daily Sweepstakes: Visit the Website during the Daily Sweepstakes Period, where you will be required to submit your date of birth, email address, home address, state, city, zip code and eligible photo and click the "Submit" button. An eligible photo is of the Participant's hand with a creative, written phrase demonstrating their support for Ronald McDonald House Charities. Entry Photo cannot be of anything other than a human or prosthetic hand with appropriate writing about Ronald McDonald House Charities and/or the "Give a Hand" Program.

During the Daily Sweepstakes Period there are eleven (11) individual drawings each with a Daily Entry Period lasting one (1) Day. A "Day" is defined as beginning at 12:00:00 AM CT and ending at 11:59:59 PM CT.

Limit: One (1) entry per person per email address per Day during the Daily Sweepstakes Period. Non-winning entries from each Daily Entry Period will roll over into subsequent Daily Drawings.

Give a Hand Volunteer Grand Prize includes one (1) $50 Arch Card to the winner and $5,000 donated by McDonald's to the Ronald McDonald House Chapter closest to the winner's home address as determined by Sponsor. ARV of the Give a Hand Volunteer Grand Prize awarded to the winner is $50.00.

Give a Hand Volunteer Weekly Prizes: Ten (10) Give a Hand Volunteer Weekly Prizes are available to be won. Each Give a Hand Volunteer Weekly Prize includes one (1) $50 Arch Card to the winner and $1,000 donated by McDonald's to the Ronald McDonald House Chapter closest to the winner's home address as determined by Sponsor. ARV of each Give a Hand Volunteer Weekly Prize awarded to the winner is $50.00.

Give a Hand Daily Sweepstakes Prizes: Eleven (11) Give a Hand Daily Sweepstakes Prizes are available to be won. Each Give a Hand Daily Sweepstakes Prize includes one (1) $50 Arch Card to the winner and $500 donated by McDonald's to the Ronald McDonald House Chapter closest to the winner's home address as determined by Sponsor. ARV of each Give a Hand Daily Sweepstakes Prize awarded to the winner is $50.00.

Total ARV of all prizes available to be won is $1,100.
