Eligibility: Participation open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Levi Strauss & Co. ("Sponsor"), its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes, their immediate family members and persons living in the same households are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:00am., PT, September 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59pm., PT, October 6, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period there are two (2) ways to enter, 1) Online: Visit the sweepstakes page at www.DockersKhakiDays.com and enter your name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth and email address to register for the sweepstakes drawing. 2) Mail-In: Legibly hand-print your name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth and email address (if available) on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, insert the paper into a stamped #10 envelope and mail it to "Dockers Khaki Days Entry" PO Box 11450, Bozeman, MT 59719-1450, postmarked by October 6, 2012 and received by October 13, 2012. Limit one (1) entry per day per person, immediate family, household, dwelling, street address, home computer, e-mail address or account, phone line or account, DSL line or account, or cable line or account (or the equivalent of any of the foregoing) regardless of means of entry.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: New York City Shopping Spree Weekend for two (2) – Grand Prize winner and winner's traveling companion, both of whom must be 18 or older and both of whom must travel on the same itinerary. Grand Prize Package consists of: Roundtrip air travel for two from closest major airport to winner's residence to New York, NY; 3 day / 2 night hotel accommodations (double occupancy); $2,500 shopping spree awarded in the form of a check; ground transportation between airport and hotel. In the event winner resides within two-hundred-fifty (250) miles of the New York NY, Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $5,000.00. No prize substitution.
