“Rock Your Joico” Rock of Ages Sweepstakes & Contest - (18+) - 10/15/12

The “Rock Your Joico” Rock of Ages Sweepstakes and Contest (“the Sweepstakes” and “Contest”) are in two (2) parts or phases and thus two separate opportunities to win. Please see below for PHASE 1 and PHASE 2 details:

PHASE 1, the Sweepstakes:
-begins at 9:00 AM EST/12:00 PM PST on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 and ends at 2:00 PM EST/ 5:00 PM PST on Monday, October 15, 2012.

PHASE 2, the Contest (photo submissions and most “likes” voting Facebook contest):
-begins Wednesday, September 24, 2012 at 9:00 AM EST/12:00 PM PST and at ends at 2:00 PM EST/5:00 PM PST on Friday, October 9, 2012.

ELIGIBILITY:
This Sweepstakes and the Contest is only open to legal residents of the continental United States who are at least 18 years of age. Void where prohibited and all federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees, consultants, agents and representatives of Zotos and Warner Bros., their respective subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, affiliates and their advertising, promotion and production agencies and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings and spouses of children or siblings) and household members are not eligible.

TO ENTER/HOW WINNERS ARE DETERMINED: PHASE 1-the SWEEPSTAKES: There are two (2) methods to enter PHASE 1- the Sweepstakes: (1) scan the QR Code available on any of the following ROCK YOUR JOICO promotional materials that can be found at your nearest professional beauty and/or participating Joico retailer (go to http://www.joico.com/salon to find a salon/store near you). Visitors may enter for a chance to win up to 5 times per day, per IP address during the duration of the sweepstakes.

Simply scan the QR Code found on the Aisle Violator or on one of the Duo-pack bands or (2) go to www.joico.com/rockofages and enter the Sweepstakes.

PHASE 2-the CONTEST:
There is (1) method to enter PHASE 2-the Contest: go to Joico's Facebook page then post a photo of your best 80’s “rocked-out” hair look to the Joico Facebook “Rock Your Joico” Facebook App. All photos submitted on Joico's “Rock Your Joico” Facebook App will be automatically entered into a pool of photos from which Sponsor will randomly draw 10 finalists. All photo submissions must be received by 2:00 PM EST/ 5:00 PM PST on September 18, 2012. On September 18, 2012, Sponsor will randomly select the 10 finalist-photos which will advance to PHASE 2-the Contest Voting.

On Monday, September 24 at 6:30AM EST/12:00PM PST, Sponsor will announce Phase-2 the Contest 10 finalists, via eblast and on its Facebook page wall by 9:00 AM PST, and “PHASE 2–the Contest Voting” begins.

The randomly chosen 10, PHASE 2-the Contest Finalists photos will be posted on Joico's Facebook “Rock Your Joico App.” Fans of Joico's Facebook page will then be permitted to vote on their favorite photo by "liking" the photo or photos for which they vote. The photo with the most "likes" at the end of the PHASE 2-the Contest Voting period wins the Grand Prize. Voting ends 10/05/2012. Sponsor will announce which photo received the most "likes" on 10/08/2012 - 5PM EST. All decisions of Sponsor are final.
