ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, and who have a valid driver’s license, as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of General Motors LLC (“GM”), the NFL Entities (as defined below), Exposure Marketing & Promotions, Inc., Jack Morton Worldwide and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, distributors, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and companies involved in the design, implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible.

TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes –

1) VIA ONLINE: To receive (1) entry in the current Weekly Prize Period drawing and the Grand Prize drawing, visit gmc.com/nfl (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period, complete the online entry and submit as directed (“Online Entry”). ALL ONLINE ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 PM ET on 2/3/13. LIMIT: ONE (1) ONLINE ENTRY PER PERSON OR EMAIL ADDRESS.

2) VIA ENTRY FORM – Complete an electronic registration available at the GMC display at Sponsor-selected Events (“Event”) during the 2012-2013 NFL football season (“Event Entry”). EVENT ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT OR WHEN THE GMC DISPLAY AT THAT EVENT CLOSES. LIMIT: ONE (1) EVENT ENTRY PER PERSON OR EMAIL ADDRESS; and

3) VIA MAIL - Mail in a 3” by 5” piece of paper, on which you have hand printed your name,
address, e-mail address, and the words “2012-2013 GMC Never Say Never Sweepstakes” to GMC NEVER SAY NEVER SWEEPSTAKES, PO BOX 210700, AUBURN HILLS, MI 48326 (“Mail Entry”). Each Mail Entry must be mailed separately. ALL MAIL ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 2/3/13 AND RECEIVED BY 2/7/13. LIMIT: TWO (2) TOTAL MAIL ENTRIES PER PERSON.

TRIP PRIZES:
One (1) Grand Prize – “Ultimate Fan Package” – A trip for two (2) to the following NFL Events: The 2013 NFL Combine, the 2013 NFL Draft, the 2014 Pro Bowl, the 2014 Super Bowl and a regular NFL season game sometime during the 2013 football season. (ALL NFL Event locations and dates are TBD; regular season game - date and location - will be determined by Sponsor). Each trip consists of round-trip, coachclass air transportation from major commercial airport near winner’s home (as determined by Administrator) to the destination city; two (2) nights accommodations (one (1) room with double occupancy) at a hotel determined by Administrator; two (2) tickets to the Event (the “Football Event”) (seating selected by Sponsor); ground transportation to/from airport/hotel and hotel/Football Event; and a $250 Visa Gift Card. Total ARV of Grand Prize is $19,700

WEEKLY SB TRIP PRIZES:
Seventeen (17) Weekly Prizes – A 5-day/4-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the 2013 Super Bowl in New Orleans, LA on 2/3/13. Trip consists of round-trip, coach-class air transportation from major commercial airport near winner’s home (as determined by Administrator) to a major commercial airport in New Orleans; 4 nights accommodations (one (1) room with double occupancy) at a hotel determined by Administrator; two (2) tickets to the 2013 Super Bowl (the “Football Game”) scheduled to be held on 2/3/13 in New Orleans, LA (seating selected by Sponsor); ground transportation to/from airport/hotel and hotel/Football Game; and a $500 Visa Gift Card.
