One (1) Grand Prize: One (1)-day trip for grand prize winner and three guests (guests must be 16 years of age or older) to one of 20 major cities located closest to winner's residence. Includes round-trip airfare from major airport located closest to winner's residence, two one-night stays in a hotel [double occupancy, includes room and tax], ground transfers to/from the airport and hotel in destination city, cooking demonstration of 5 healthy meals, including all necessary ingredients, prepared by Chef Sam Talbot. Sponsor reserves the right to film, photograph and/or otherwise record the cooking demonstration by Chef Sam Talbot ("Creation Footage"). The Creation Footage will be owned by Sponsor. Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of grand prize: $6,000.00.
