Eligibility: The Shopping Spree Giveaway is eligible to all legal residents of the United States and/or District of Columbia who live in the United States and/or District of Columbia, who are (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account at the time of entry. Entrants must submit all required information to be eligible to win. Entries missing required information will be disqualified. Shopping Spree Giveaway Entry: The Shopping Spree Giveaway period begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Standard Time on September 10, 2012, and all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time on October 10, 2012 (the "Shopping Spree Giveaway Period"). You may enter the Shopping Spree Giveaway by entering your valid and working e-mail address and first name. You may enter the Shopping Spree Giveaway one (1) time daily during the Shopping Spree Giveaway Period. The following Prize (the "Prize") will be awarded (dollar amount does not include taxes and other fees the winner may incur):
The prize is one-time shopping spree at Hayneedle.com of up to $2500. The winner must use the full amount in a single order. The order must be placed by no later than December 21, 2012. Any unused prize dollars are forfeited upon placing your order.
Hayneedle has no obligation to post or otherwise use any entry or submission from a Shopping Spree Giveaway entrant ("Submission") and has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged nor will proof of Submission of an entry be deemed proof of receipt. Systems: If for any reason this Shopping Spree Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Hayneedle which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Shopping Spree Giveaway, Hayneedle reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Shopping Spree Giveaway. Hayneedle is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Shopping Spree Giveaway or downloading any materials in this Shopping Spree Giveaway. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. 5. Winner Notification and Acceptance. One (1) winner will be selected at random using random.org promptly after the official closing of the Shopping Spree Giveaway on October 10, 2012. Need not be present to win. The drawings will be conducted using all eligible entry forms. Each winner will be contacted by Hayneedle. The odds for the drawing will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. The winner's first name will be publically shared on the websites and webpages owned or controlled by Hayneedle, including its social media presence (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Hayneedle will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, past-due, misdirected, or illegible entries. The winner must claim the Prize within 3 business days after the date of notification of such Prize. A winner's failure to respond to the Prize notification within the specified 3 business days will be considered such winner's forfeiture of the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. If an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries.
A winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release, which must be returned within five (5) days of date of postmark.
