Sweepstakes will start at 9:00:00 AM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on August 31, 2012 and will end at 11:59:59 PM PST on October 31, 2012.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENT MUST BE BOTH (A) LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, CANADA (EXCLUDING THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC) OR THE UNITED KINGDOM AND (B) THE AGE OF THE MAJORITY WITHIN THE JURISDICTION FROM WHICH THEY RESIDE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. (A) Go to https://www.facebook.com/popchips...3709677119 and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the Online Sweepstakes Entry Form as directed by 11:59:59 PM PST on October 31, 2012 or;

(B) Complete an Online Entry Form at a designated tablet available at a designated popchips® Mall Tour Event taking place between September 15, 2012 and October 10, 2012. For exact dates and times of each popchips® Mall Tour Event, go to www.facebook.com/popchips.

Limit one (1) Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per Facebook account during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of Entry Method.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize is a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest aged 13 years or older at time of prize awarded to Los Angeles, CA on dates to be designated by Sponsor in January 2013. The Grand Prize trip consists of:
- round-trip coach air transportation between major airport nearest Winner's home and Los Angeles, CA for Winner and Guest (airline carrier to be designated by Sponsor) and
- two (2) nights hotel accommodations (one room, standard double occupancy accommodations) at a Sponsor specified hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $2,700.

In the event popchips® reaches to 315,000 fans on Facebook.com during the Sweepstakes Period, Winner will receive one (1) dinner for Winner and one (1) Guest at Pace Restaurant up to a value of $250.
In the event popchips® reaches to 330,000 fans on Facebook.com during the Sweepstakes Period, Winner will receive spa treatments of Winner's choice at ole henriksen spa up to a value of $500.
In the event popchips® reaches to 345,000 fans on Facebook.com during the Sweepstakes Period, Winner will receive one (1) Gift Card in the amount of one thousand and five hundred dollars ($1,500) redeemable for a shopping spree of winner's choice.
In the event popchips® reaches to 360,000 fans on Facebook.com during the Sweepstakes Period, Winner will have the opportunity to attend one (1) Meet and Greet Session with Katy Perry on a day in January, 2013 as designated by Sponsor.

The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize could be up to: $4,950. In the event popchips does not reach to 315,000 fans on Facebook.com during the Sweepstakes Period, no additional elements of the Grand Prize stated herein will be awarded. In the event the Winner resides within a 180 mile radius of Los Angeles, CA, the air transportation portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and Sponsor will provide ground transportation between the Winner's home and Los Angeles, CA. Grand Prize Trip must be completed during the Sponsor-designated dates by January 31, 2013. In the event, for whatever reason, Katy Perry's Meet and Greet Session listed in the Grand Prize description does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons included but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of "Force Majeure" (as defined below), or for any other reason, then in lieu of participating in Katy Perry's Meet and Greet Session, the Winner will receive the remaining components, if any, of the Grand Prize, which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to the Winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded.
