Looks like one entry per person, but if you buy a car you get five, and you get extras if your friends enter through your shared link.
Entry: To enter a Giveaway, follow the instructions on the Giveaway site. Submission will result in one (1) entry. Only one entry per person. The use of any agencies or automated software to submit entries is prohibited. Submissions from customers purchasing a new car from Dave Smith Motors during the entry period will result in five (5) entries.
Prize(s): The prize(s) available to be won in the Giveaway is one (1) 2012 Dodge Dart and one (1) 2012 Chevy Spark. No cash or other substitution may be made. The winners are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of a prize.
I searched and couldn't find this, hopefully it's new.

You need to go to Kellogg, ID to get the prize.
The Giveaways are sponsored by Dave Smith Motors, 210 N Division Street, Kellogg, ID, 83837 ("Sponsor").
The Winners will be notified and a time will be scheduled to allow for them to pick up their prize from contest sponsor.
