PRIZES: On or around 11/07/12, one (1) winner ("Winner") will be selected by random drawing, subject to confirmation of eligibility, from among all eligible entries received by the end of Sweepstakes Period. The Winner will be awarded the following prize package ("Prize"): (i) one (1) Thule bike rack, (ii) one (1) mid-range mountain bike, (iii) one (1) tent, and (iv) one (1) sleeping bag. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize is $1000. Any and all other costs and expenses not specifically mentioned herein including, but not limited to, income taxes on the Prize and personal expenses, are the Winner's responsibility to pay.
