• Grand Prizes (5): $100,000.00 check or wire transfer, payable to winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $100,000.00 USD each.

Entry Period Prizes:

• First Prizes (10 total - 1 per Entry Periods 1 through 8; and 2 for Entry Period 9): $10,000.00 check or wire transfer, payable to winner. ARV: $10,000.00 USD each.
• Second Prizes (20 total – 2 per Entry Periods 1 through 8; and 4 for Entry Period 9): $5,000.00 USD check or wire transfer, payable to winner. ARV: $5,000.00 USD each.
• Third Prizes (100 total - 10 per Entry Periods 1 through 8; and 20 for Entry Period 9): $500.00 Apple® Gift Card. ARV: $500.00 USD each.
• Fourth Prizes (2,500 total – 250 per Entry Periods 1 through 8; and 500 for Entry Period 9): $50.00 Visa® Prepaid Card. ARV: $50.00 USD each.
• Fifth Prizes (5,000 total – 500 per Entry Periods 1 through 8; and 1,000 for Entry Period 9): $25.00 Visa® Prepaid Card. ARV: $25.00 USD each.

How to obtain a Code: To receive a Code, visit any participating Dollar General store or dollargeneral.com, during the Overall Sweepstakes Period (during store hours), and purchase one (1) or more of the Qualifying Products (as listed in Appendix A of these Official Rules). Your Code will be the 15-digit Code appearing on the bottom of your checkout receipt ("Receipt"). Upon making a purchase of Qualifying Product(s), keep your Receipt. You will be provided with one (1) unique Code for your entire sales transaction. For each separate Code entered, you will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Period Drawing and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing per Qualifying Product purchased, up to five (5) entries for the applicable Entry Period Drawing and up to five (5) entries for the Grand Prize Drawing per Code. Your Code will correspond to a number of entries based on the number of Qualifying Products purchased (1 Qualifying Product = 1 entry into the applicable Entry Period Drawing and 1 entry into the Grand Prize Drawing, up to 5 Entry Period Drawing entries and 5 Grand Prize Drawing entries per Code).

Free Method of Entry (No purchase necessary) Mail-In: To receive five (5) entries into the applicable Entry Period Drawing and five (5) entries into the Grand Prize Drawing without making a purchase, hand print your full name, complete address, daytime phone number, age, and email address (if any) on a 3 ½" x 5" card or piece of paper and mail to: Dollar General Million Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1020, Young America, MN 55594-1020. Limit five (5) entries into the applicable Entry Period Drawing and five (5) entries into the Grand Prize Drawing per outer-postmarked envelope per day. Prize Drawing, Mail-In entry must be postmarked by November 17, 2012 and
