Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. (Eastern Time ["ET"]) on September 13, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 7, 2012.

Must, at the time of entry, be a lawful, permanent resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, be 18 years of age or older, and be physically located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.

Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address/Facebook account per day, for a total of up to twenty-five (25) total entries.

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to attend the Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights in Los Angeles, California or in Orlando, Florida (at winner's choice). Trip consists of:
- round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) persons from the major U.S. airport gateway nearest to the Grand Prize winner's residence to Los Angeles or Orlando, as applicable;
- four (4) nights first-class hotel accommodations (double occupancy);
- two (2) front-of-the-line admission tickets to Universal Studios in Los Angeles or Orlando (day tickets) for one day;
- two (2) VIP Event tickets to the Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights (to be selected by winner for one night on the following dates October 18, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31 of 2012 in Los Angeles or for one night on the following dates October 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31 of 2012 in Orlando;
- standard-size car rental for the duration of your stay (designated licensed driver must be 25 years or older; excludes gas, tolls, parking, collision damage waiver, insurance, and is subject to car rental terms and conditions). If winner or guest does not meet car rental terms, Sponsor will provide round-trip transfers between airport and hotel.
- In addition to the trip, Grand Prize also includes a $20,000 check for Grand Prize Winner only.

(Approximate Retail Value ["ARV"] $24,980.00) If the winner resides in Los Angeles or Orlando ("local resident" as applicable), but selects his/her local Universal Studios theme park, in lieu of the round-trip coach air transportation, winner may receive round-trip limousine transportation of Sponsor's choice for winner and his/her guest from winner's residence to the hotel and/or Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute some other travel prize component. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the Grand Prize for a local resident and the ARV for the Grand Prize for a winner who is not a local resident. The name of the Grand Prize winner's travel companion cannot be changed once ticketed. All elements of the Grand Prize trip are subject to availability and blackout periods. The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary depending upon the location of the Grand Prize winner's legal residence, fares and costs at the time of travel booking and the value of services rendered and products provided at the time of the event. All meals, taxes, gratuities, incidentals (including mini-bar and entertainment expenses), phone charges, ground transportation and any other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner must comply with all hotel check-in requirements, including but not limited to providing a major credit card for incidental expenses. Any difference between the actual value and ARV will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for transportation to and from the major U.S. airport gateway and his/her residence, including but not limited to any costs associated therewith. In the event the winner is unable to travel during the 2012 Event Dates, then the winner and his/her travel companion can travel on other dates selected by winner no later than October 31, 2013 but the 2012 VIP Event tickets will no longer be available. The 2012 VIP Event Tickets will not carry over to the Event in 2013. If the potential winner cannot travel before October 31, 2013, then he/she may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may (at Sponsor's sole discretion) be selected as a potential winner. The Grand Prize winner must arrange travel with Sponsor's agent at least seven (7) days in advance of travel if winner chooses to travel to the 2012 Event. If winner does not attend the 2012 Event, then winner must arrange travel with Sponsor's agent at least thirty (30) days in advance of travel. The winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Unless the Grand Prize winner is a parent or legal guardian of the travel companion, the travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure. All travel will be at the risk of the Grand Prize Winner and Guest. Released Parties are not responsible for any cancellations (with respect to travel or otherwise), delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever by winner, his/her travel companions or any third parties with respect to the Grand Prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Travel may not be combined with any other offer and may not qualify for frequent flier miles or hotel points.

One Hundred (100) First Prizes: A "The Walking Dead" prize package which consists of one (1) The Walking Dead Zombie Hunter video game and other prizes. (ARV $75.00 each First Prize). Please allow 6-10 weeks for the delivery of the First Prizes.

The ARV of all prizes is $32,480.00. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person/family/household.
