I went to the PUTNAM BUICK GMC in Burlingame and talked to a salesperson about the offer and he brought me to his manager Art. I didn't have to test drive because I told him I don't have money for a car and I just wanted to get the gift card. He did give me his business card because he said they will probably make you email proof of the test drive.

I don't think it's so much a pop-up as the last window when signing up for the sweepstakes.

Registered and submitted BAC with no issues, hopefully it works.

Worked for me for Henderson KY, the letters are upper case. Said thank you and should receive card in 2-4 weeks.
