I went to the PUTNAM BUICK GMC in Burlingame and talked to a salesperson about the offer and he brought me to his manager Art. I didn't have to test drive because I told him I don't have money for a car and I just wanted to get the gift card. He did give me his business card because he said they will probably make you email proof of the test drive.

Anyone who has done test drives before knows it's 6-8 weeks (2 months) before you should worry. I was surprised they put 2-4 weeks too. No way they can get them, and send them out in that time.

I did not contact them about anything! It was sent to me as if I inquired about a code or something which I did not. what do you guys think this means? are they telling me I will get my card but there is a delay or are they telling me I'm not going to get it??

Did everybody miss that first post I quoted? It says the original timeline was 4-6 weeks and there will be a 2-4 week delay. So that makes the new timeline 6-10 weeks. Count 10 weeks from the date this thread was started and even then I wouldn't be surprised if it took a little longer.

You always needed the 10 digit code. At some point they killed it so you couldn't get the code anymore.

Exactly, Glad SOMEBODY here reads the posts. I believe we're in the 7th week...So judging by my email I'd say almost another month to go. I'm sure it will arrive.
