Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time on September 20th, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on December 15th, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older.

Limit of one entry per person.
Grand Prize (1) - There will be one Grand Prize winner awarded two (2) VIP tickets to the Broadway show "Nice Work If You Can Get It", starring Matthew Broderick and Kelli O"Hara. Winners will also get a chance to meet the stars, Mathew and Kelli, backstage and Accommodations including:
o Air transportation to New York for 2 provided by American Airlines
o A two (2) night stay at the Kimberly Hotel in New York
o 2 Sweet"N Low branded Tote bags
Grand Prize may only be redeemed for a non-holiday weekend in January. Dates, times, on-stage, and any backstage tour passes in connection with the show, the accommodations and/or travel are subject to availability. Airplane Ticket Rules: Two (2) Round-trip Coach Class Travel Authorization Certificates on American Airlines or their Airline Associates (American Eagle or the AmericanConnection® carriers to/from any city served by American Airlines or their Airline Associates in the 48 contiguous United States, Canada and Caribbean. The approximate retail value (ARV) is $750 per Travel Certificate for a total $1,500 per prize (or Grand Prize). Each Travel Certificate is valid for one (1) year from the date issued. Travel for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion(s) must take place within one (1) year from the date the Travel Certificates are issued. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to travel by this date, the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Travel must originate and end at the airport nearest the Grand Prize winner"s home that is served by American Airlines or their Airline Associates. Winner's guest must be 18 years of age or older if not a member of winner's immediate family and will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release (which must also be signed by such guest"s parent or legal guardian, if minor) prior to travel. The Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion(s) must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date.
Tote Prizes (150) – One hundred and fifty (150) winners selected at random will be awarded a Sweet'N Low branded tote bag.
Total retail value of all prizes is as follows:
VIP Tickets: $501
Hotel Accommodations: $884
Airline Tickets: $1,500
Tote Bag: $5 per bag
