SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Ultimate College Football Traditions Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 9/20/12 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on 11/9/12 ("Sweepstakes Entry Period").

ELIGIBILTY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. Employees of TI Media Solutions Inc. (the "Sponsor"), LG Electronics USA, Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies retailers, distributors or any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the "Released Parties"), and members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and same households of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two methods of entry. Method #1: To enter online, visit www.si.com/cfbtraditions ("website") and follow all online instructions to complete and submit the online Entry Form in its entirety. Limit: one (1) online entry per person per email address per day regardless if a person has more than one email address or if more than one person uses the same email address. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM (ET) on 11/9/12. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsor's privacy policy. Method #2: To enter via U.S. mail, print your name and address on a postcard and mail to: The Ultimate College Football Traditions Sweepstakes, 1 Penn Plaza Ste 6126, New York, NY 10119. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between 9/20/12 and 11/9/12 and received by 11/16/12. Each postcard entry must be mailed separately. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, garbled, inaccurate, misdirected, undelivered, delayed or postage due mail/entries. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced, altered or incomplete entries will be accepted. All entries, regardless of entry method, become the Sponsor's property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Use of any automated, robotic, repetitive, programmed or similar entry methods or agents to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Facsimile and mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-day/2-night's trip for winner and one (1) eligible guest to attend a Tradition Experience ("Event") at a college football game as determined by the Sponsor (ARV: $3,300.00) plus a LG 47" Class Cinema 3D 1080p 120Hz LED TV with SmartTV (ARV: $1,749.99). Total ARV of Grand Prize is $5,049.99. Actual value of prize depends on location of winner and airfares at time of departure. If actual value of the prize is lower than ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. One (1) Second Prize: A LG 47" Class Cinema 3D 1080p 120Hz LED TV with SmartTV 47" (ARV: $1,749.99). One (1) Third Prize: LG 3D-Capable Blu-ray Disc™ Home Theater System with SmartTV and Wireless Speakers (ARV: $429.99). Total ARV of all prizes: $7,229.97. Limit: one prize per household. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:36,070 for any prize level. Grand Prize must be accepted in its entirety or winner will forfeit all rights to the prize. Trip includes: roundtrip coach airfare for winner and guest to/from a major commercial airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner's primary residence (or ground transportation, if he/she resides within 100 mile radius of Event city to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (room and room tax only) at hotel of Sponsor's discretion, two tickets to attend game (selection of seats is at Sponsor's sole discretion) and $500.00 AMEX Gift Card (for winner only). Gift Card is not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Card usage subject to the complete terms and conditions listed on the redemption instructions provided to each winner. All meals, ground transportation (other than as noted herein), taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, service charges, or other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the Grand Prize Winner's sole responsibility. Location and time of the Game and Event will be determined by Sports Illustrated and will be provided to the Grand Prize Winner at a later date. Grand Prize Winner and guest must be available to travel on dates specified by the Sponsor or forfeit all rights to the prize. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent of choice. Advance booking, blackout dates and restrictions may apply. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Availability is subject to factors such as weather, seasonality and space availability. If weather affects the ability for a Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest to redeem any portion of prize during the scheduled date and time, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligations to them other than to supply the remaining portion(s) of the prize package minus the unused portion of prize. Winner and guest must comply with any security procedure or measures imposed by the Sponsor, and/or Event coordinator(s) and/or representatives who reserve the right in their sole discretion to suspend or cancel the participation of winner and/or his/her guests due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. If the Game and/or the Event is postponed, canceled, or has occurred, no compensation or substitution will be provided and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner (and guests) other than to supply the remaining portion of trip. Should this be the case, trip must be taken within 12 months from the date of prize notification. If for any reason whatsoever, winner is unable to travel or attend Game and/or Event after all arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Guest must be of the age of majority within his/her primary state of residence and will be required to execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel.

RANDOM DRAWING Potential winners ("winners") will be selected on or about 12/3/12 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period under supervision of an independent judging organization ("judges") whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by mail and/or email and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. If a winner is less than the age of majority in his or her state of residence, all required documents must be signed by the winner's parent/legal guardian on his/her behalf.
