Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on September 24, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on October 21, 2012.

Open only to permanent legal U.S. residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia, excluding the states of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. You must be at least 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

GRAND PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the following prize package:
• Two (2) round-trip coach-class airplane tickets from the major airport closest to the winner's address within the continental United States to a major airport located in the Los Angeles, California area ("Destination"); (approximate retail value $1,000.00)
• Two (2) night's stay for winner and one guest in one double-occupancy room at a hotel at the Destination on a date to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion; (approximate retail value $500.00)
• Meet and greet with Brooke Burke-Charvet on a date and destination to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion;
• Full spa/glamour day with Brooke's Glam Team (retail value)
• $500 shopping credit towards purchases made on www.intimint.com

Approximate retail value of the entire Trip package: $2,500. Sponsor will choose, in its sole discretion, the airline, hotel, flight dates, flight times, departure city and airport and other Trip logistics and details. Dates of travel are subject to availability. If winner's address is within 125 miles of Destination, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, provide both winner and winner's guest a $150 transportation payment in lieu of airplane tickets. Except as expressly set forth in the description of the Trip above, each winner is responsible for his/her ground transportation to and from the airports and hotel, all meals and all other expenses that such winner incurs in connection with the Trip.

FIRST PRIZE DETAILS: Two (2) First Prize winners will each receive $250 shopping credits towards purchases made on www.intimint.com.
