Rules: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE PROMOTION. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT'S CHANCES OF WINNING THE PROMOTION.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION: The Get Lucky with Charming Charlie Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") will begin on September 24, 2012 at noon CST and end on October 7, 2012 at 11:59pm ("Promotion Period"). During the Promotion Period, there will be awarded one Grand Prize and ten daily prizes as described below. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents who are physically residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of participation. Void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, the United States territories and possessions, elsewhere and where prohibited or restricted by law. Officers, directors, and employees of Charming Charlie, Inc. are not eligible to enter or win the Promotion. Participation constitutes the entrants ("Entrant") full and unconditional agreement to these General Rules, Terms and Conditions ("Rules").
3. METHODS OF ENTRY: An eligible person may enter the Promotion by becoming a fan of Charming Charlie on Facebook ("Entrant"):
��_Entrants get one spin per day during the Promotion Period
��_Entrants can share the contest through the application or email to gain four additional spins per day
��_Entrants can have a maximum of five spins per day in total.
��_Each spin will qualify the Entrant for a grand prize drawing of a $250 gift card and a handbag full of accessories valued at $150. Total grand prize valued at $400
