Nero “Fan-only” Sweepstakes ~ 10/19/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes starts on or about 12:00 pm Pacific Time ("CET") on September 28, 2012 and ends at 11:59 pm ("CET") on October 19, 2012.

Open only to individuals 18 years of age or older. Void in and to residents of Germany (German residents please enter our Nero AG promotion found on our Facebook Germany page at www.facebook.com/nerodeutsch), Italy, current U.S. Embargoed Countries, and wherever else prohibited, or otherwise restricted.

Limit one (1) entry, per person. You may enter under one name, one identity and one email address only. Entrants may not share email addresses, nor enter with multiple e-mail addresses, identities, logins or registrations, nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times. Any entrant who uses fraudulent entry methods, cheats, enters through a sweepstakes-entry service or similar methods, or otherwise attempts to participate more than hereby permitted will be disqualified and all entries by that entrant will be void.

There will be a daily random drawing to select one (1) eligible Daily winner each day during the Promotion Period. Non-winning entries will carry over into subsequent daily prize drawings. In addition, a random drawing will be held by Sponsor (or its authorized representative) from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select one (1) Grand prize winner. All eligible entries received (whether or not declared a First prize winner) will be eligible for the Grand prize drawing.

Grand Prize (1): a Toshiba Qosimo® X875-Q7290 Laptop Computer (or if won by a non-U.S. resident a Toshiba Qosimo® X870-119). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): USD$1,899/€2,199.

Daily Prizes (22): a Nero 12 Platinum Suite, Electronic Version USD$129.99/€99.

The total ARV of all prizes: $4,759/€4,377. Limit one (1) Daily prize per person.
