b) click on the "Redeem" button, and follow the prompts to choose to redeem the specified quantity of Rewards Coins (that you have accrued in the NFL Fan Rewards Program) in exchange for a Sweepstakes entry; and then
c) complete and submit the provided coin redemption form.


Limit of twenty-five (25) online entries per NFL.com registered user will be accepted per Entry Period.
