Without a Stay: After you register for the Promotion at the Site, send an email entry with your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address and your Hilton HHonors Account Number, to: [email protected]. Email entries must be submitted between 12:01am ET on November 1, 2012 and 11:59pm ET on January 31, 2013. Limit one additional entry per person/email address per day between November 1, 2012 and January 31, 2013 regardless of method of entry. You may also enter without a stay by going to www.rockyou.com and playing either the Crossword or Bingo game available on the site. Rock You entries must be submitted between 12:01am ET on October 2, 2012 and 11:59pm ET on December 31, 2012. Limit one email or Rock You entry per person/email address per day.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will receive: A 6-day/5-night trip for the winner and up to ten (10) guests to stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel of their choice within the continental U.S. Trip includes: coach class round trip air transportation for the winner and up to ten (10) guests to/from a major airport nearest the winner's and each guest's residence and the Embassy Suites Hotel selected; hotel accommodations (six (6) double/double one-bedroom suites per night); and a $5,000 gift card which the winner may use as spending money on the trip. In addition, the Grand Prize includes a check in the amount of $5,025 which the winner may apply towards the payment of his/her tax liability on the Grand Prize value. Should the winner's actual income taxes on the Grand Prize be higher than $5,025, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between the winner's actual income taxes on the prize and this $5,025. The winner may take up to 10 guests on the Trip, provided each guest submits the required documents as set forth below. ARV of Grand Prize: US$20,100.
