Sweepstakes will begin at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on October 1, 2012 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on November 4, 2012.
Open to all legal residents of AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, & WV who have reached the age of majority in his or her state of residence at the time of entry. Void in all other states, Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Limit one (1) entry per person per valid Facebook account and e-mail address per week, throughout the Promotion Period. Anyone found to be using multiple Facebook accounts will be disqualified.
All potential prize Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received, in random drawings conducted by the Administrator. The five (5) weekly drawings will be conducted on or about October 8, 15, 22, 29, & November 5, 2012. The Grand Prize Winners will be notified by telephone, email, and/or USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor's choice. All other prize Winners will be notified by email and/or USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor's choice.
Week 1 Prizes:
• One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Party City shopping experience that has an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $500. In addition the Winner will receive a Tastykake® Kandy Bar Kake Coupon – FREE Family Pack – ("ARV") $3.99. Prize package has a total ("ARV") of $503.99.
• One hundred (100) 1st Prize Winners will receive a Halloween Trick-or-Treat Tote Bag branded with the Tastykake® logo. Prize has an ("ARV") $5.00.
• One hundred (100) 2nd Prize Winners will receive a Tastykake® Kandy Bar Kake Coupon – FREE Family Pack – ("ARV") $3.99
Week 2 Prizes:
• One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be visited by a Tastykake® branded truck to appear on Halloween in your neighborhood, ("ARV") $2,500. Product to be given out on Halloween, ("ARV") $1,000 Winner to receive a case of product for their own use, ("ARV") $200. Total Prize package has an ("ARV") of $3,700. Winner will also be given the opportunity of selecting a $2,590 cash option in lieu of the prize.
