Prize: (1 winner) A trip for winner and one guest to Maui, Hawaii; includes round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to Maui, Hawaii; 5-night standard hotel accommodations at The Kapalua Villas Ocean View Gold Villa (one (1) room, double occupancy); one dinner for two at Merriman's Kapalua; a massage for both winner and guest at the Ocean-View Tropical Hale at Kapalua Spa; two 18-hole rounds of golf on the Plantation Course or the Bay Course; a one-hour golf lesson for two at Kapalua Golf Academy including video analysis; and a one-hour tennis lesson for two at Kapalua Tennis Garden. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. In the event that a prize component is not available for any reason, the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Actual value of trip, including without limitation air transportation and hotel accommodations, may vary based on point of departure and existing rates at the time of travel and booking. If actual value is less than stated ARV, neither the difference in value nor any additional compensation will be awarded. Travel must be completed by 12/21/2013 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining any necessary documentation (e.g. valid photo ID, passport, visa) prior to travel. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner, and must complete a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must complete and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. All reservations and travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice, in its sole discretion. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. Travel is subject to availability. Blackout dates of 2/1/13-3/31/13 and 6/15/13-8/15/13 apply and travel restrictions may apply. All applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including without limitation ground transportation, meals, souvenirs, luggage fees, incidentals, activities and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner. Released Parties (as defined below) disclaim all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any prize (or portion thereof) accepted by winner. The awarding of the prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules.
