Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to natural persons 18 years of age or older who: (i) have reached the age of majority in their state of residence; (ii) are legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia.

Entry Requirements:
All Entries must meet all of the following requirements, in Sponsor's sole discretion, or it will be disqualified:
Each Entry must be the sole property of entrant.
Entry must not incorporate/display any third-party brands or trademarks (other than Sponsor's).
Entry must not violate any third-party rights, including copyright and right of publicity.
Entry must not contain intolerant, illegal, defamatory, indecent or obscene content.
You must have written permission from any identifiable person who appears in the Entry to use his/her likeness. Proof of written permission must be made to Sponsor immediately upon request, using Sponsor's form.
In addition, based on the type of Entry, the following additional requirements shall apply:
Video Requirements:
Video must not exceed 30 seconds in length.
Photo Requirements:
Photo must not include stock photography.
Photo may be submitted in color or black & white.
Text Requirements:
Text must not exceed 160 characters in length.
Display of Entries and Public Voting:
Entries will be posted on the Website and Facebook on a rolling basis after being screened by the Sponsor. Visitors to the Website may vote for their favorite entry by registering at the Website or on Facebook. Public voting on the Entries posted on the Website and Facebook will take place between on or about July 6, 2012 at 12:00 PM ET and October 5, 2012 at 11:59 PM ET ("Voting Period"). For each entry, voters will rate each entry. The ten (10) Entries receiving the highest ratings during the public voting period will be selected as "Finalists."
Limit of one vote per Entry per user during the Voting Period.
Winner Selection:
Each Finalist's Entry will then be scored on a scale of 1-100 by Sponsor in each of the following criteria: (1) Creativity (40%); (2) Originality (30%); and (3) Excitement (30%). The Finalist whose Entry earns the top overall score will be declared the Grand Prize Winner, subject to verification of eligibility in accordance with these Official Rules.
Prize:
One (1) winner will be awarded the following prize package: (1) a hotel suite at the Hard Rock Hotel Las Vegas (double occupancy) for 4 days, 3 nights for winner and one (1) guest; (2) roundtrip, coach class airfare from the major airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV; (3) two (2) dinners at the Culinary Drop Out Restaurant inside the Hard Rock Hotel; (4) VIP access to HRH nightclubs and pool events during their stay; and (5) $500 cash. Approximate retail value: $5,000. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination.
