There will be one (1) Daily Sweepstakes winner for each Day of the Promotion Period to be determined by random drawing from among all eligible entries received for each Day. A "Day" is defined as a consecutive twenty-four hour time period during the Promotion beginning at 12:00:00 AM (ET) and ending at 11:59:59 PM (ET). There will be one (1) Weekly Sweepstakes winner for each Week of the Promotion Period to be determined by random drawing from among all eligible entries received for each Week. HOW TO ENTER: Daily Sweepstakes - Once you have completed your registration,
follow the online instructions at the Website to complete your entry. You must enter each Day of the Daily Sweepstakes to be included in the Daily random drawing. Non-winning Daily Sweepstakes entries will not rollover into subsequent Daily Sweepstakes random drawings. Weekly Sweepstakes – Upon completion of a Daily Sweepstakes entry – you will automatically be entered into the Weekly Sweepstakes. SHARE-WITH-A-FRIEND BONUS SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY (Facebook and Website Entrants Only): You have the option of sharing an hhgregg video via Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Pinterest to obtain additional bonus entries into the Sweepstakes. You may only earn the bonus Sweepstakes entry via the Sweepstakes Facebook Page and/or Website. To earn a bonus Sweepstakes entry, an entrant will click the "share" button on the Facebook Page or Website, and then follow the instructions to share the video link via one (1) or more social media outlets. You may share the video as many times as you'd like using the social media outlets, but limit one (1) bonus Sweepstakes entry person/email address, per Day for the first valid sharing activity that is completed each Day. Limit two (2) Daily Sweepstakes entries per person/email address, per Day: one (1) from online entry or mobile online entry; and one (1) from Facebook entry; and limit one (1) bonus Sweepstakes entry per person, per Day. Maximum of three (3) entries per person/email address, per Day in the Promotion.
Mobile Website entry is designed to work with most of the U.S. major wireless carriers in the United States, but Sponsor makes no guarantee that any particular wireless service provider will participate. Wireless service providers may charge entrants for mobile online data service, including access to the Mobile Website in connection with the Sweepstakes, based on the applicable wireless service pricing plan. In the event of a dispute regarding entries, any entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants may not participate with multiple e-mail addresses, nor may entrants use any device or artifice to enter more than twice per Day or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to enter more than twice per Day will be disqualified from participation in the Promotion and all entries submitted by that entrant will be void. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of hhgregg Appliances, Inc., its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where otherwise prohibited.
RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Daily Sweepstakes winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the next business day from among all eligible entries received by that Day's entry deadline (see rule # 1) by Sponsor or its designee, the judges in this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. One (1) Weekly Sweepstakes winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the next business day after the end of the Weekly period from among all eligible entries received by each Weekly entry deadline (see rule # 1) by Sponsor or its designee, the judges in this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email at Sponsor's discretion.
