Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 09/4/12 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 12/31/13.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, and who have a valid driver's license, as of date of entry.
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes -
VIA ONLINE: To receive (1) entry visit www.BuickGMCveh
DEPOSIT ENTRY FORM - Complete an official entry form, available while supplies last, at certain Sponsor-selected events during the Sweepstakes Period. ALL EVENT ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE POSTED CLOSING TIME OF THE EVENT IN EACH LOCATION. LIMIT: ONE (1) EVENT ENTRY PER PERSON OR EMAIL ADDRESS.
LIMIT TWO (2) TOTAL ENTRIES PER PERSON OR EMAIL ADDRESS, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner's choice of a 2014 Buick or GMC vehicle, subject to vehicle availability and other restrictions. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize is not to exceed $66,555; such figure is based on Manufacturers Suggested Retail Prices ("MSRP") of base model 2013 Buick and GMC vehicles with available manufacturer upgrades.
Winner is responsible for any and all taxes, title, plate fees, documentation fees, full-coverage insurance, and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option not provided with the prize vehicle and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified. Winner must take delivery within 30 days of vehicle award date at a Buick or GMC dealership specified by Sponsor. Winner must have a valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance to take delivery. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in Sweepstakes materials. Vehicle color, options and equipment will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor and Administrator make no representation or guarantee as to availability of any particular 2014 Buick or GMC vehicle; and, if winner's choice of Buick or GMC vehicle is not available for any reason, Sponsor and Administrator may substitute a comparable vehicle of Sponsor's sole choosing without liability of any kind. If vehicle awarded to prize winner has a value of less than $66,555, winner will not receive the difference in cash.
