NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. GAME/SWEEPSTAKES BEGIN AT NOON ET ON OCTOBER 1, 2012 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 AM ET ON APRIL 30, 2013.

CODES: A Universal Product Code (a “Code”) from an outer package of TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bars (1.79oz.), TWIX® Peanut Butter Cookie Bars (1.68oz.) or TWIX® Caramel Cookie 4 to Go Bars (3.02oz.) (each, a “Participating Product”) is required to participate in the TWIX® Brand Exclusive Experience Instant Win Game (“Game”) and Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”).
HOW TO PLAY THE GAME & ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: You may participate in two ways:
(I) Online Game Play & Entry: Visit TWIX.com/WIN (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to register (or, if you have already registered, log in) and enter a Code. If you are the first person to enter a Code on or after the predetermined time and date for the most recent winning Game message made available on the Website, you will receive an on-screen message that says “CONGRATULATIONS!” and you win the prize indicated, subject to verification of eligibility. Each time that you play the Game online, you automatically enter the Sweepstakes. Each play/entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person assigned the email address by the entity responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such person's email address. Each participant may use only one email address to participate and the same email address may not be used by more than one participant. If any participant uses more than one email address to participate or if more than one participant uses the same email address to participate, Sponsor (defined in Rule 11) reserves the right to disqualify all plays and entries associated with the participant(s) and email address(es) involved. ALL ONLINE PLAYS/ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 AM (ET) ON APRIL 30, 2013.
(II) Text Message Game Play & Entry: Send a text message containing the word “TWIX” to 23000 and follow the instructions contained in the reply text messages. Up to four (4) text message transmissions required to complete each text message play. ALL TEXT MESSAGE GAME PLAYS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 11:59:59 AM (ET) ON APRIL 30, 2013. If you win, you will receive a text message that says “UR an instant winner” and a six-digit code (a “Mobile Prize Code”). You must input your Mobile Prize Code at www.TwixPrize.com to find out what you won and to enter the Sweepstakes. ALL MOBILE PRIZE CODES MUST BE ENTERED BY MAY 5, 2013. (To participate via text message, you must have a wireless mobile device that is capable of two-way SMS messaging through a participating mobile service provider. Message and data rates may apply. To opt-out/stop receiving text messages, send “STOP”, “QUIT”, “CANCEL”, “END” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to 23000. For help, send “HELP” to 23000. By entering, you agree that you are solely responsible for all message and data charges that you incur, which are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Game-winning dates and times are randomly predetermined under the supervision of the Judge (identified in Rule 10). Sweepstakes winners are determined by the Judge as described in Rule 3 below. PLAY/ENTRY LIMIT: Two (2) plays/entries per email address per calendar day (ET). Data submitted by participants in connection with this Sweepstakes will be collected and handled in accordance with the Mars Privacy Policy available at http://www.mars.com/global/polici...glish.aspx.
SELECTION OF SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS: For each Grand Prize (described in Rule 4), one (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly determined from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries received in a drawing to be conducted on or about May 10, 2013 by the Judge. Each Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone, mail and/or email and is subject to verification of compliance with these Official Rules.
PRIZES AND ODDS: TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: One (1) Six Flags Experience Grand Prize: The opportunity for winner and nine (9) guests to participate in an overnight campout event at a Six Flags Theme Park located in the United States (“Six Flags Experience”), including overnight accommodations arranged inside a Six Flags Theme Park (“Park”) for one night, Park admission tickets for two (2) days, two (2) Park midway game plays per person, parking for two (2) vehicles for two (2) days, dinner and breakfast; one (1) additional night’s accommodations (standard single room with double occupancy); round-trip coach-class air transportation for winner and his/her travel guests from a major airport near winner's home to a major airport near Park location; and $1,000 (awarded as a check). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $12,484.90. One (1) Xbox Experience Grand Prize: The opportunity for winner and his/her three (3) guests to play Xbox 360 with a recording artist (determined by Sponsor and based on availability) at the iHeartRadio Theater in New York, New York (“Xbox Experience”), including round-trip coach-class air transportation for winner and his/her three (3) guests from a major airport near winner's home to a major airport near New York, NY; two (2) nights' accommodations (standard single room with double occupancy); four (4) Kinect for Xbox 360 bundles (including 4GB Xbox 360 console, Kinect sensor, one (1) Kinect Adventures game and one (1) Kinect Dance CentralTM 3 game); round-trip ground transportation to/from airport and to/from the Xbox Experience venue; and $1,000 (awarded as a check). ARV: $11,820 (Grand Prize Details: “Experience” portion of each Grand Prize has no retail value. Airports, accommodations, ground travel and other prize details are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All expenses not specifically included in the descriptions above (including but not limited to taxes, fees, gratuities and insurance) are responsibility of each Grand Prize winner. Travel must be completed during calendar year 2013. Each winner and his/her guests must travel on the itinerary determined by Sponsor. Actual value of a Grand Prize may vary depending on travel and other arrangements. Any difference between a Grand Prize's approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her travel guests are subject to and must comply with all applicable venue rules, restrictions and terms; failure to comply may result in forfeiture of Grand Prize. Any minor guest must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian. If winner lives within 150 miles of destination, ground transportation may be awarded in lieu of air transportation in Sponsor's sole discretion. Travel guests may not be permitted to participate in all aspects of Grand Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement/cancellation of any part of Grand Prize or any issue arising from the operation/management of Grand Prize venue. If all or any part of Grand Prize is canceled or postponed for any reason, the remainder of Grand Prize will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.) Two Hundred Ninety (290) First Prizes: each, a Kinect for Xbox 360 bundle (including 4GB Xbox 360 console, Kinect sensor, one (1) Kinect Adventures game and one (1) Kinect Dance CentralTM 3 game). ARV: $340 each. One Hundred and Fifty (150) Second Prizes: each, a pair of admissions tickets for a Six Flags Theme Park (Park selected by winner from list provided by Sponsor). ARV: $90 each. 99,560 Third Prizes: each, a coupon redeemable for a TWIX® Caramel Cookie Bar or TWIX® Peanut Butter Cookie Bar (1.68-1.79oz.) (Coupons are subject to terms and conditions of their issuer.) ARV: $1.29 each. Total ARV of all Prizes: $264,837.30. All other prize details are determined by Sponsor. All prizes will be awarded, assuming a sufficient number of eligible entries. All expenses, taxes and fees associated with a prize are the responsibility solely of its winner. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value but no other substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted. Sponsor is responsible only for delivery of prizes and is not responsible for any prize's utility or otherwise. Odds of winning a First, Second or Third Prize depend on the number of participants and the date and time of participation. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 13 or older as of October 1, 2012, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, Microsoft Corporation, Six Flags, Entertainment Corporation, Judge, RedFish Media, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”).
VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Each Grand Prize winner will (and each other winner may) be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, publicity release. Any prize may be awarded to an alternate winner if three (3) attempts to contact a selected winner live by telephone are unsuccessful (no messages will be left); if a prize or prize notification letter or email is returned as undeliverable; if an affidavit/release is not returned within ten (10) days after mailing to selected winner; or if a selected winner does not respond to an email or other communication within ten (10) days after the date sent. First, Second and Third Prizes will be sent to winners within approximately ten (10) weeks after date won; Grand Prizes will be delivered within 6-8 weeks after Judge completes verification process. PRIZE LIMIT: one (1) Grand Prize and First Prize per household. Any prize won by a minor may be awarded in the name of a parent/legal guardian in Sponsor's sole discretion. Each winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, likeness and/or prize information for promotional purposes (including the winners list) in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to a minor subject to prior approval of his/her parent or legal guardian.
SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: All First and Second Prizes not claimed/awarded by May 14, 2013 will be awarded in the Second Chance Drawing (the “Drawing”), assuming a sufficient number of entries. Each time you play the Game, you are automatically entered in the Drawing. Drawing winners (if any) will be determined from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted by the Judge on or about May 15, 2013. Odds of winning a prize in the Drawing depend on the number of unclaimed First and Second Prizes and the number of eligible entries received. Winners (if any) will be notified by telephone, mail and/or email.
GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the 50 United States and District of Columbia and where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes is governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor and Judge are not responsible for: late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage-due or misdirected entries, mail or communications; errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines; or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and Judge are not responsible for communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or any participant's inability to receive telephone calls, text messages or emails for any reason. The use of automated software or computer programs to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses, attempts to use or is suspected of using such methods to enter will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict registrations and/or plays from any IP address and/or email address if suspicious activity is suspected or detected. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer or mobile device resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes is affected. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted at www.TWIX.com/win and a random drawing to award remaining prizes may be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant (and all of his/her entries) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if he/she tampers with the entry process or if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to correct errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Judge and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By entering, each participant agrees to release the Promotion Entities from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes, the awarding, receipt, use or misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activity. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
