(each, a "Participating Product") is required to participate in the TWIX® Brand Exclusive Experience Instant Win Game ("Game") and Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes").
HOW TO PLAY THE GAME & ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: You may participate in two ways:
(I) Online Game Play & Entry: Visit TWIX.com/WIN (the "Website") and follow the on-screen instructions to register (or, if you have already registered, log in) and enter a Code. If you are the first person to enter a Code on or after the predetermined time and date for the most recent winning Game message made available on the Website, you will receive an on-screen message that says "CONGRATULATIONS!" and you win the prize indicated, subject to verification of eligibility. Game-winning dates and times are randomly predetermined under the supervision of the Judge (identified in Rule 10). Sweepstakes winners are determined by the Judge as described in Rule 3 below. All prizes will be awarded, assuming a sufficient number of eligible entries. All expenses, taxes and fees associated with a prize are the responsibility solely of its winner. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value but no other substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 13 or older as of October 1, 2012, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, Microsoft Corporation, Six Flags, Entertainment Corporation, Judge, RedFish Media, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities").
VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Each Grand Prize winner will (and each other winner may) be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, publicity release. Any prize may be awarded to an alternate winner if three (3) attempts to contact a selected winner live by telephone are unsuccessful (no messages will be left); if a prize or prize notification letter or email is returned as undeliverable; if an affidavit/release is not returned within ten (10) days after mailing to selected winner; or if a selected winner does not respond to an email or other communication within ten (10) days after the date sent.
