Promotion will begin at 9:00:00 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, October 1, 2012 and will end at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on Saturday, November 17, 2012.
Open only to Entrants who are either (a) legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry, or (b) legal Canadian residents who are physically residing in Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who are of the age of majority in their province/territory of residence as of the date of entry. Void in the Province of Quebec, Puerto Rico, the United States Territories and Possessions, elsewhere outside of the United States/District of Columbia/Canada and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Each Entrant is allowed only one (1) Sweepstakes entry for the duration of the Promotion Period regardless of e-mail addresses.
Grand Prize (1) - a Flooring Makeover awarded in the form of a $2,500 USD Shaw Flooring Gift Card (ARV-$2,500 USD).
First Prize (25) - a 5' x 7'9" Area Rug from the Shaw Mirabella Collection (ARV - $399 USD each).
Second Prize (1,000) - a bottle of Shaw R2X Carpet Cleaner (ARV: $9.95 USD each).
The Grand Prize Shaw Flooring Gift Card can be used at any participating Shaw Floors dealers and a list of convenient participating retailers will be provided to the Grand Prize winner at the time of delivery of the Gift Card. The Grand Prize Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the Gift Card. The use of a Gift Card constitutes the user's acceptance of the Gift Card's terms and conditions. The Grand Prize winner should read the terms and conditions on the Gift Card carefully. Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise and installation services and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Gift Card will not be replaced or replenished if it is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without the Grand Prizewinner's permission and will be voided if altered or defaced.
No more than 1,026 prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes with a total ARV of $22,425 USD (approximately $21,982 CAD).
