Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 31, 2012 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET.
Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the United States or the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New Jersey, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico or any other United States Territories and Possessions, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, established at the time of entry, and who are legally capable of owning real estate. Void in New Jersey, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico or any other of the United States Territories and Possessions, and elsewhere where restricted or prohibited by law.

Limit of one (1) e-mail address submitted per Entrant. If it is discovered that an Entrant has registered or attempted to register using multiple Facebook accounts, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, and/or multiple identities, all of the Entrant's entries will be declared null and void and any prize an Entrant might have been entitled to will not be awarded to the Entrant.
Grand Prize (1): There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner who can select to receive only one of the following prizes:
i. A Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollar ($350,000 USD) Retail Credit towards a new Pulte Homes brand home.
OR
ii. Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000). The Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000).
To eliminate any chance of confusion, the Grand Prize Winner may select either the Pulte Home or the check in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000), not both.
The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000).

MAXIMUM OF TWO (2) ENTRIES INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES.
From the rules:
An Entrant may have a maximum of two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes for the Grand Prize.
One entry must be the initial entry on Facebook as set forth in Section 4A and the second entry may either be through the code obtained from a PulteGroup,Inc sales office or the mail in entry, as set forth in Section 4B.
In the event that an Entrant submits more than two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes, all entries may be eliminated and the Entrant may be disqualified from winning the Grand Prize, in Sponsor's sole discretion.
