Promotion begins at 12:00:00 A.M. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") on October 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. CDT on October 31, 2012. Promotion consists of the Snack Cake Shuffle Instant Win Game and a Sweepstakes.
Open only to individuals who are living within, and are legal residents of, the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater) as of the date of participation.

Limit one (1) Game Play per person/email address, per day, during the Promotion Period. Note that each eligible Game Play will result in an automatic entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person/email address, per day, during the Promotion Period.
GAME PRIZES: The following prizes will be made available via the Game: Thirty-one (31) $50 prepaid Visa® gift card prizes, approximate retail value ("ARV") $50 each. The total ARV of all Game Prizes is $1,550.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be made available via the Sweepstakes: $5,000 cash, awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize winner, ARV $5,000.
On or about November 5, 2012, an independent judging organization will select the potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries received. Following the Grand Prize drawing, an independent judging organization will conduct a random drawing from among the remaining eligible Sweepstakes entries to award any forfeited Game Prizes that remain unawarded, if any (the "Second Chance Sweepstakes").
