open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at time of entry.
To Enter: There are four (4) ways to enter Sweepstakes. There is a limit of a total of seventeen (17) entries per entrant per each day of the Sweepstakes Period regardless of entry method. These seventeen (17) entries can be achieved via one or a combination of the below entry methods. Entry limitations associated with entry method, if any, are specified below.
1. Basic GameStop® PowerUp Rewards™ Members: In order to be able to participate via this method, entrant must either: (i) make a purchase transaction in-store at GameStop or online at www.gamestop.co
2. GameStop® PowerUp Rewards™ Pro Members: In order to be able to participate via this method, entrant must either: (i) make a purchase transaction in-store at GameStop or online at www.gamestop.co
3. To Enter by Spending GameStop® Loyalty Points: In order to be able to participate via this method, entrant must: (i) log onto their GameStop® PowerUp Rewards™ Member account; and (ii) click on the Sweepstakes tab and follow the links and instructions to debit entrant's Loyalty Point Account. Entrant will then automatically receive the pre-selected number of entries into the Sweepstakes. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, 200 Loyalty Points are the equivalent of one (1) Sweepstakes entry, 1,000 Loyalty Points are the equivalent of seven (7) entries and 2,000 Loyalty Points are the equivalent of fifteen (15) entries. Limit fifteen (15) entries per day via this entry method.
4. To Enter By Mail: No purchase necessary to enter via this method. Print your full name, phone number, email address and mailing address on a 3"x5" card, insert card in envelope, affix proper postage and mail to: The Marketing Arm Inc., Attention: "GameStop® PowerUp Rewards™ Assasin's Creed III Epic Reward Giveaway", 1921 Gateway Drive, Irving, TX 75038. Each entry must be mailed separately. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected or postage due mail entries. Mail entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2012 and received by November 5, 2012.
Prizes: The one (1) Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive one trip for the Winner and one (1) guest of Winner ("Guest") to Boston, Massachusetts ("Destination"), currently scheduled to take place on or about April 2013, but subject to change in Sponsor's sole discretion (subject to compliance with applicable law). The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor's choice near Winner's primary residence to Destination, approximate retail value ("ARV") of $3,500; (ii) three (3) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guest which will be one (1) room, based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), ARV of $1,200; (iii)round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guest, to be taken together, between airport and hotel in Destination and between Prize events, with an ARV of $225; (iv) two (2) tickets to a guided tour of the Freedom Trail, with an ARV of $100; (v) two (2) tickets to a guided tour of Fenway Park, with an ARV of $60; (vi) two (2) tickets to a Boston Red Sox Game at Fenway Park, with an ARV of $330; (vii) dinner for two (2) at The Bell in Hand Tavern, with an ARV of $200; and (viii) $600 for the Winner, with an ARV of $600, collectively ("Prize" or "Prizes"). The total ARV of the Prizes is $6,125.
