I was one of the winners of this prize. But ti is now March and it has not come. I got an email at the beginning of February that it was being sent but haven't gotten anything nor is the email sender responded to my inquiries. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear that. You might want to try the tips and advice sticky on the first page of the contest and sweeps section. They're very helpful with issues like this. Hope it gets resolved and you receive your prize!

Lucky Magazine is very slow to mail out their wins...it can take as long as 5-6 months. They always send them just takes awhile ......you can still write and send an email off. I now people who won back in August and are just receiving their prizes last month.

Good to know. She had sent me an email apologizing for the delay back in January and said they would go out that week but nothing came. Then she never responded to my inquiries. I wrote to the general info address this morning explaining that she had not replied in over two weeks and I thought maybe she had left the company and, lo and behold, got a reply almost immediately. Now we shall see if the prize actually goes out today like she said it would. Thanks for letting me know about their ineptitude! ;-)

I am soo glad I checked this site, as I too have called the company, written emails, etc and were about to report the PR agency to the Better Business Bureau for terrible customer service. So the latest news is that they are literally in the mail now???? I too was notified in Jan of being a winner, than an email in Feb. Then, NOTHING.

The delays would not be so bad if they didn't write and tell you they were coming and then not send them. So yes relief is in sight if you are patient.
