I've tried to look this place up to see if it's worth ordering from them, but I can't find much recent about them. Are they worth ordering from? This seems pretty cheap for this grill.

Grill arrived pretty fast. Friday Sept 21st for me. However, box was damaged and so was the grill inside. I really think it might have been damaged by Fed ex.

I called Fed Ex on Friday night Sept 21st and they started claim. They picked up grill on Sept 22nd and it was returned to Seller on Sept 28th per Fed Ex.

It seems at this point that Fed Ex is willing to accept responsibility for damage but I also noted Redtags long return policy noted below.

So I emailed them with my completed notice of damaged item as reason for my return. They have not responded to my email. It says 15 days from the service, that I have to make my claim. So now I have called. I have spoken with Lashonda. She is evasive. She will not tell me who in the "claim department" is looking at this and whether I have complied with everything they need to file the claim. She said that when they are done with their assessment, they will email me.

I think I will be reimbursed in the end because Fed Ex is stepping up. But I would not count on them alone without Fed Ex. By the way, today I sent my credit card company a dispute on this order notifying them that the damaged item was returned.
