Sweepstakes begins on September 7, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 12, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open to lawful, permanent residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (or above the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, per email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Machine or computer-generated entries will be disqualified.
GRAND PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize is a trip for the winner and one (1) travel companion to Paris, France. Specifically, the Grand Prize consists of:
(i) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) persons from the major U.S. airport gateway nearest the winner's residence to an airport in or near Paris, France;
(ii) three (3) nights deluxe hotel accommodations (double occupancy);
(iii) round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel in Paris, France; and
(iv) $100 USD in spending money each day (for a total of four (4) days). Only the winner will receive the $100 USD stipend, per day.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $4,999. The winner of this Grand Prize and his/her travel companion must travel within one (1) year of signing the Affirmation. Winner must give Sponsor at least 21 days advance notice that (s)he intends to travel. If the potential winner cannot travel within one (1) year of the date of the Affirmation, then he/she may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected as a potential winner via a random drawing, if time permits. All travel arrangements must be made by Sponsor or its agent. Winner may arrange travel with Sponsor's agent in advance and winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Exact travel times and arrangements are subject to availability and blackout periods. If the potential winner chooses to bring a minor as a travel companion on the trip to Paris, France, the potential winner must be the parent or legal guardian of the minor and must be able to prove this to Sponsor via the appropriate documentation.
In the event the Grand Prize winner does not want to travel to Paris, France, he or she may opt to instead receive a cash prize of $4,999. In such an instance, Sponsor will write the winner a check for the $4,999 amount. Further, winner will be required to waive all rights and claims in the travel trip to Paris, France. If the Grand Prize winner opts to receive the cash in lieu of the trip to Paris, France, Sponsor has NO OBLIGATION to award any individual with a trip to Paris, France.
