each entrant must be a legal resident of the U.S., residing in a state that corresponds with a participating Safeway Division, as defined below. Without limiting the foregoing, this Sweepstakes is void in Florida, New York and where prohibited. To be eligible, entrants must also be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of November 5, 2012.
