Verizon Wireless Ringback Tone Dream Vacation Sweepstakes ~ 10/19/12 (Verizon Wireless subscribers)

Enter the Sweepstakes between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 5, 2012 and 11:59 p.m. ET on October 19, 2012.

Open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are age 18 and older or the age of majority within their jurisdiction and are Verizon Wireless subscribers as of September 4, 2012.

There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

• To enter without subscribing to the Verizon Wireless Ringback Tone service or without purchasing a Ringback Tone, visit https://www.verizoninsider.com/rb...5444FBC%7D and follow all online entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry form.. Each time you submit an eligible online entry form you will be entered into the Sweepstakes.

• Sign up for the Verizon Wireless Ringback Tone service during the Sweepstakes Entry Period by visiting the following Verizon Wireless channels: Verizon Wireless Web Media Store https://mediastore.verizonwireless.com or Mobile Web Media Store (https://m.mediastore.verizonwireless.com or http://www.vzw.com/rbt), SMS code starting with 728, mobile Ringback Tone applications (brand names as VCAST Tones or VZW Tones) on Android, BREW and RIM devices, www.VerizonWireless.com, www.VerizonInsider.com, My Verizon mobile app, Verizon Wireless Call Center Support, VZW retail stores or www.EchoMe.com and you will receive an entry into the Sweepstakes The Verizon Wireless Ringback Tone service subscription is $.99 per month and each Ringback Tone is $1.99 per year. Ringback Tone service and content may include taxes and fees. Message and data rates may apply. Coverage not available everywhere.

• If you are already a Verizon Wireless Ringback Tone subscriber, you can enter the Sweepstakes by purchasing Ringback Tones. Each Ringback Tone purchase is counted as an entry. Ringback Tone subscription renewals will not count as an entry. Each Ringback Tone is $1.99 plus taxes and fees.

Regardless of which entry method or methods you choose, you are limited to no more than a total of twenty (20) entries during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive their choice of $5,000 cash or a Dream Vacation for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Honolulu, Hawaii. Trip consists of:
i) Round trip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest to Honolulu, Hawaii from a major United States airport within the 50 States and Washington D.C. (plus taxes),
ii) five (5) days, four (4) nights first class hotel accommodations (plus taxes),
iii) Dinner one night in Honolulu,
iv) Two (2) Tickets to Sea Life Park,
(v) Compact rental vehicle for duration of stay.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,000. Trip must be booked a minimum of sixty (60) days in advance, and it is subject to availability. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor. Once trip is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted. No extensions or exceptions shall apply or be available. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Grand Prize winner cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid for, then the Sweepstakes Entities shall have no further obligation to the winner and his/her guests. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. Grand Prize trip must be taken by October 31st, 2013

Five (5) First Prizes: Each First Prize Winner will receive a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10, 16GB having an ARV of $400.

Ten (10) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize Winner will receive a $100 Verizon Wireless gift card. Usage of gift cards is subject to the Verizon Wireless gift card terms and conditions.

Total ARV of all prizes: $8,000. Limit: One (1) Prize per person.
