Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("E.T.") on 9/28/12 and ends at 3:00 p.m. E.T. on 10/26/12.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older.

Week one entry period: 3:00 p.m. E.T. 9/28/12 to 2:59 p.m. E.T. 10/05/12
Week two entry period: 3:00 p.m. E.T. 10/05/12 to 2:59 p.m. E.T. 10/12/12
Week three entry period: 3:00 p.m. E.T. 10/12/12 to 2:59 p.m. E.T. 10/19/12
Week four entry period: 3:00 p.m. E.T. 10/19/12 to 3:00 p.m. E.T. 10/26/12
Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select five (5) potential winners from each week entry period. Entries will not be carried over from previous weeks.
PRIZES (20): Prize includes one (1) $50 gift card from Nestle, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $50. Total sweepstakes ARV of Prize: $1,000.
