ELIGIBILITY: The Age of Learning “Fall 2012” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open and offered only to legal U.S. residents (including D.C), who have reached the age of majority in his/her state of residence at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of Age of Learning, Inc. and Alliance Sweepstakes Services, Inc., their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members and any other persons or entities associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Age of Learning, Inc., 101 N. Brand Blvd., Suite 870, Glendale, CA 91203 (the “Sponsor”), and administered by Alliance Sweepstakes Services, Inc., 620 Park Ave. #332, Rochester, NY 14607 (the “Administrator”).

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Grand Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on September 24, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on October 31, 2012 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Facebook, Inc.’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Eligible Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes through the Facebook application described below. If a prospective Entrant is not already a member of Facebook, he/she may visit www.facebook.com and follow the links and instructions to become a Facebook member.

Once the eligible Entrant has become an active Facebook member, they have the opportunity to enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sponsor’s Facebook page, www.facebook.com/abcmouse (the “Website”). At the Website, Entrants will be instructed to “like” the page and complete a Sweepstakes registration form. The Sweepstakes registration form will require each Entrant to submit their first name, last name, and email address. All of the aforementioned information fields are required fields for entry. Incomplete information may result in disqualification of entry. Each “like” and completed Sweepstakes registration and form will result in one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per Facebook account during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be received by 11:59:59pm EDT on October 31, 2012.
