HOW TO ENTER AND WAYS TO OBTAIN ADDITIONAL ENTRIES: During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant (“Entrant”) must visit www.SkyMallGreatGift.com (the “Website”) and first register by entering the information requested, including his/her first and complete last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, phone number, street address (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed), city, state, zip code and date of birth to obtain one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Entry”). Every calendar day during the Promotion Period an Entrant may return to the Website and submit his/her e-mail address to obtain one (1) additional Entry. A calendar day starts at 12:00 A.M. ET (midnight) and ends at 11:59:59 P.M.ET each day during the Promotion Period.

After an Entrant’s registration information has been submitted, a series of three (3) trivia questions will be displayed with multiple choice answers for the Entrant to complete. There are seventeen (17) total trivia questions available for answering during the entire Promotion Period but each Entrant will be limited to up to three (3) per calendar day. For each correctly answered question, an Entrant will receive one (1) additional Entry. Limit up to three (3) additional Entries per Entrant per calendar day through correctly answering the trivia questions with a limit of up to seventeen (17) additional Entries for correctly answering the trivia questions during the entire Promotion Period.

Additionally, by following the on-line instructions, each Entrant may refer up to five (5) friends to enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period. To refer a friend, an Entrant must have an existing personal relationship with the referred friend and believe that he/she would be interested in learning about how to register and participate in the Promotion. For every friend referred who completes the registration page into the Sweepstakes, the referring Entrant, as set forth, will receive one (1) additional Entry up to a maximum of five (5) additional Entries. Referring or not referring a friend will not have any other impact on an Entrant’s ability to win a Grand Prize. If an Entrant refers a friend, at that point a promotion invitation will be automatically sent via e-mail (“Invitation”) to each referred friend. To be recognized as a referred friend for purposes of this Promotion and the awarding of the Tell-A-Friend Prize (as described in Section 5B), if at all, the referred friend must follow the unique link in the Invitation and register for the Promotion prior to the expiration of the Promotion Period. It is possible for multiple Entrants to refer the same friend. In such case, the Friend will be considered the referred friend of the Entrant who’s Invitation the friend entered through.

Timing: Promotion starts on October 1, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

Eligibility: Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of time of entry.

Limit: Limit of 114 total Entries during the entire Promotion Period (92 total for visiting the site [daily], up to 17 total for correctly answering all trivia questions, and up to 5 for referring friends).

Prizes: Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner.
Tell-A-Friend Prize (1): One (1) Tell-A-Friend Prize Winner, if any, will receive Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). Tell-A-Friend Prize will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Tell-A-Friend Prize Winner.
Total ARV of all Available Prizes: Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000).
