PRIZES/AWARDS; ODDS OF WINNING: Sponsor will randomly select forty (40) participants to receive "Golden Spark" awards (each, a "Golden Spark Winner"). The Golden Spark awards are honorary only; they have no cash or other value. Each Golden Spark Winner will choose a U.S. community where a hunger-fighting charitable organization, selected solely by Sponsor, will be considered to receive a grant of US$50,000 (each, a "Prize"),
Only the Designated Organizations, and not the Golden Spark Winners, may receive a Prize. Any and all taxes (federal, state, and local) are the sole responsibility of each Designated Organization. The total value of the forty (40) Prizes is US $2,000,000.
