SiriusXM Kiss NYC Trip 10/7/12

Sweepstakes begins at 5PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 3, 2012 and ends at 11:59PM ET on October 7, 2012.

OPEN ONLY to active SiriusXM subscribers (self-paid or automotive company-paid) continuously since SEPTEMBER 25, 2012, while meeting other geographical Conditions of Entry (see OFFICIAL RULES), who are at least 18 years of age at time of Entry.

Open only to individuals who meet ALL of the following qualifications:
(i) a legal resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia; or if a legal resident of Alaska or Hawaii, has a standalone SiriusXM Internet Radio subscription; or if a legal resident of Puerto Rico, has a Sirius Satellite radio subscription;
(ii) has been an ACTIVE SIRIUSXM SUBSCRIBER, WITH EITHER A SELF-PAID OR AUTOMOTIVE-COMPANY PAID SUBSCRIPTION IN SPONSOR’S DATABASE CONTINUOUSLY SINCE AT LEAST SEPTEMBER 25, 2012; and
(iii) is at least 18 years of age at time of entry; except wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND ONE PER HOUSEHOLD.

Twenty (20) First Prizes will be awarded and each will consist of:
(a) the opportunity for a winner and one (1) guest to attend a special LIVE broadcast in New York, NY on October 11, 2012 with KISS and a host that is TBD;
(b) the opportunity to personally ask your question (you will be able to submit a question after winner status is confirmed) during the event (each question will be subject to approval by KISS and/or their representatives); and
(c) the opportunity to “meet” KISS, subject to their availability.

Each of (a) and (c) above are referred to in these Rules as an “Event.” (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $0. TOTAL ARV of all prizes: $0.)

TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE EVENT IS NOT INCLUDED AND WINNERS WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS IN NEW YORK, NY.
