Must be 21 years or older at the time of entry and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia).
LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON
Winner Selection. Weekly Prize Winners: One (1) Weekly Prize winner will be selected for each of the following nine (9) Weekly Periods (each commencing at 12:01 am EDT on the first day and concluding at 11:59 pm on the last day of the Weekly Period): (a) August 27– September 2; (b) September 3–9; (c) September 10–16; (d) September 17–23; (e) September 24–30; (f) October 1–7; (g) October 8–14; (h) October 15–21; and (i) October 22–28. Each Weekly Prize winner will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through the end of that Weekly Period, with drawings held on or about three (3) days after the end of each Weekly Period. Grand Prize Winner: On or about three (3) days after the end of the Contest Period
Prizes. Nine (9) Weekly Prizes: each consisting of one (1) merchandise certificate in the amount of $200.00. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Prize is $200.00. Merchandise certificates valid only at www.Merrell.com through December 31, 2012.
One (1) Grand Prize: consisting of a trip for two (2) to the 2013 Park City Food & Wine Classic, to be held in Park City, Utah on July 11–14, 2013, and including: (a) round-trip, economy airfare for two (2) from an airport near the Grand Prize winner’s home to the Salt Lake City, Utah airport; (b) double accommodations for three (3) nights; (c) passes to the festival seminars; and (d) a food stipend of $150 for three (3) days. ARV of Grand Prize is $2,967.
